As per the order dated 12th May 2025, the State Government of Rajasthan has implemented the new "Model Building Regulations-2025" across all urban local body areas in the state, effective from 12th May 2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 337 of the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009, Section 104-A of the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959, Section 90 of the Jaipur Development Authority Act, 1982, Section 85 of the Jodhpur Development Authority Act, 2009, Section 85 of the Ajmer Development Authority Act, 2013, Section 88 of the Kota Development Authority Act, 2023, Section 88 of the Udaipur Development Authority Act, 2023, Section 88 of the Bikaner Development Authority Act, 2025, Section 88 of the Bharatpur Development Authority Act, 2025, and Section 60 of the Rajasthan Housing Board Act, 1970, the State Government hereby implements the new "Model Building Regulations-2025" in all urban local body areas of the state.

1.2 उक्त विनियम संबंधित नगरीय निकाय द्वारा राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रभावी होगें।
